Stay Sacred in Life + Biz Episode 2 :: Identify problem or opportunity while staying sacred

Stay Sacred in Life + Biz Episode 2 :: Identify problem or opportunity while staying sacred

Today we took the time to get real and dropped into a personal practice of identifying problems that we are currently challenged by and committed to staying in the discomfort. We then moved into acknowledging where we've previously been out of alignment and how we used our brilliant intuitive souls to move through and out. Afterwards, we tracked how we could use this understanding to support our clients and invited them to work with us.

Stay Sacred in Life + Biz Episode 1 :: A Date with your Finances

Sister, today is our first LIVE gathering to begin our weekly journey into the sacred. I felt it was important to start our weekly gathering with meeting and being in right relation with our finances. Let's get clear with what are our expenses, the green energy we are currently bringing in, how much we actually desire, creatively notice how we can bring in the abundance, and then be in gratitude and open to the magic of possibilities.

Death to my ego, birth of my soul

Death to my ego, birth of my soul

My skin burns from the rawness of my new layer. The shedding wasn’t a passive process but active, uncomfortable, painful, fiery, and combustible. I can smell the burnt layers hardening as if they were battle wounds that I must peel away from my being. This wasn’t an easy task, the shedding of my skin. Feeling vulnerable, raw, with tender outer layers only made me wonder how to navigate this plane from this place.

Am I enough?

Am I enough?

I’m sitting here with a cup of coffee listening to the birds chirp and wondering if I am doing enough.

The mother spirit in me desires to listen to the stories of all women and witness their strength and beauty in the midst of their challenges.

The fiery changemaker in me hopes the global circles I envision happening through the sacred circle trainings are felt deeply around the world.

The entrepreneur in me is pushing me to already have a system in place so that a percentage of all my earnings are going to support other women entrepreneurs.

I sit here with my cup of coffee.

Is a box really just a box? Can a dream be more than a dream?

Is a box really just a box? Can a dream be more than a dream?

A box is not a box. A dream is not just a dream. A conversation is not just two people talking.

You see.

A box is about what could be created with, in, out, alongside, through, under, above, and without the box.

A dream is about the unimaginable forming itself into a profound reality that blows your very notion of what’s possible.

A conversation is a portal into the soul where one falls in love over and over again with the other person.

So I invite you to play with a box, dream big, and have heart-altering conversations frequently.

Staying Sacred During the Holidays

The question I asked myself this week was, "How do I stay in the sacred during the holidays."

I could go into overwhelm, exhaustion, fear around the new year, pressure around family get togethers, and ensuring the perfect presents have been purchased.

Or, I can find ways to remind myself that coming back to my essence and carving out time to be in the sacred can create so much more joy.

Sisters, let's stay in the MAGIC. Here is a little video I made for you.

I invite you to participate in the Mentor Masterclass Holiday Challenge to stay in the JOY during this holiday season. Mentors share their solution to holiday overwhelm. In addition, Jeannine Yoder shares how you can grow your coaching business and feel divinely in your ease, flow, freedom, & femininity.

Challenge begins Tuesday, December 13th.

Being in right relation with sisters

Being in right relation with sisters

We unite, being self-radically responsible.

No longer looking outside of ourselves but instead, listening from within to notice what needs to be done. We create because our soul requires us to do so. We call in financial abundance because it supports our vision. We find guidance from sisters who are healers, mentors, teachers because we trust in their potent gifts.

We vow to be sovereign through sacred reciprocity - a relationship that is mutually honoring one another with highest respect.

Calling forth a New Earth - the power of the hoop

Calling forth a New Earth - the power of the hoop

I have felt it, sister. I have felt the deep pain reverberating from Mother Earth as she weeps, asking when we will remember that this, this is our home. Our home where we light our candle and are reminded that all is LOVE.

Do you hear the calling, not only from the sisters but Pachamama, for us to rise and stand in unity as we forgive ourselves and those around us for being out of relation with the earth?

Feeling the Magic

Feeling the Magic

Let’s go on a journey into the mysterious realms that are outside of our reality. Let’s remember how we are inspired by movies that allow us to play with the impossible and bring that sense of wonder and joy into our human experience on a regular basis this month.

September’s full moon ritual is all about unleashing your inner child. Are you ready for her to show you what it feels like to be squealing with delight, laughing hysterically, and insanely curious with everything? Let’s remove you from your adult container and feel the freedom of calming your big dreams. It’s time to realize that you have upleveled.

Pick up a dandelion, blow your wishes, place a rock in one hand, and with your other hand, join with mine. Let’s play!

Some of my favorite books, magical tools & talented sisters. Plus my 2016 vision.

It’s the last week of 2015 and we’ve had an amazing journey together. Thank you for standing next to me, hips-to-hips, as we made miracles together. Currently you may be dreaming, collecting, and packing up for a new quest and I wonder if it will include sisterhood, magic, connection, leadership, courage, and devotion.

These words: sisterhood  ~  magic  ~  connection  ~  leadership  ~  courage  ~  devotion

float through my mind, dance in my heart, and enter my womb with resonance.

Magic Envisioning - my method for yearly planning

Magic Envisioning - my method for yearly planning

I have a personal way in which I envision and map and I thought you may desire to try it out. There is no program at the end of my share or an ask. This is simply my way of showing you that mapping, feeling, and creating intentions can feel exciting, spacious, magical, and sacred.

Happy Wild Wednesday! I believe in living through sisterhood. That means that clients become sisters, sisters become students, students become my mentors, and my mentors join my growing team. There is an energetic investment that occurs when a sister hears the calling for circle work and desires to go on a long-term journey with me. When this occurs, the Goddess shows us how we can evolve and find collaborative opportunities.

Introducing Carina Lyall, medicine woman & healer.

I met Carina Lyall about two years ago. She invited me to speak as a guest on her podcast where we immediately hit it off. My love for her was strong then and I knew that our journey was just beginning. Very soon she was a huge part of my life. I have been her business coach, sister, friend, healer, and mentor.

It is with so much love that I announce that she is also now the Radiant Women's Circle 3-day Intensive Doula.

Currently, Carina is part of The Magic of Circle, a 12-month mentorship where much of her unfoldment occurred. It has been an honor to watch her step into flow and grace. Below is her reflection on the Magic of Circle.

As a part of Sora’s 1 year Magic of Circle Mentorship, she asked if I would blog about my experience. My ups and downs, insights and connections. It is an honor to do so. I will be sharing my personal journey, and what a journey it is.

I knew Sora for a while before I dared to step into circle and begin a discovery of sisterhood. First off, stress was what I had for breakfast - and lunch, and the thought of having to give more seemed impossible. It didn’t occur to me that this was also about receiving. Maybe you aren’t good at receiving either?

I am also a loner, I like being by myself, I like working solo. I love my friends, but don’t feel the need to be surrounded everyday. This can be an issue with 3 kids, a man and a dog… Another conflicting thing for joining a circle of women - all the people. Underneath that though, I think I secretly envied women with many strong connections. It was hard for me to see how the hell they could maintain so many friendships; I was overwhelmed with the few I have.

Despite all of that, the way Sora coached and talked about connection intrigued me enough to hop on board.

At a women’s network party I was asked that classic question, “so what do you do?” I explained a bit about meditation and that I had been teaching for the past 6 years, and then I mentioned circle work.  What’s that, what’s the point, what training do you have, why do people need it? “ummm baba booo ppphhhh”. Good questions, why be part of something that doesn’t have a fixed outcome or curriculum, or require a ph.D to hold?

What has shown up for me is community, wellbeing, connection, being annoyed, triggered, love, amazement, gratitude. It has become a place where I am seen and supported. In all the years I have cruised around the woo woo world (resisting much of it), most of the adventures have been about getting to a certain destination, achieving something. It is liberating to a part of a path that is about being with others, just because it feels good.

The learning is there, don’t worry haha. But what a blessing to have a 2nd family that has my back, cheers me on and pushes me out of my comfort zone with love and being able do the same for others.

In society, we are applauded for what we can accomplish on our own. I am grateful that circle work is expanding, it goes to show that more and more women are seeing that it doesn’t have to be a lonely walk to feeling content and successful in life.

I am looking forward to sharing more with you over the coming months.

Love, Carina
