Dear Soul Tribe, How are you this Wild Wednesday?
I travel. I travel the world with the desire to create a tribe that continues to grow when I leave. I find that holding space for a group of women creates a beautiful energetic cord from my womb to theirs. It is a way for me to fill my own cup with love, nourishment and power. Yet after a training I always feel a bit sad that the weekend has come to an end. It takes me about a week to process the healing and transformation that took place. I consciously let my women go so they continue to grow and thrive.
I watched women come together without full comprehension as to what they will be experiencing yet trusting me and having faith that the medicine they were there to receive would be provided. In the beginning they are strangers yet somewhere within they know they have been in circle together before. By the end of the training there is a strong bond that leaves them desiring more. This week I see them showering each other with love and continuing important conversations. We celebrate their successes and hold their hearts when they face challenges.
I do not have words to describe what sisterhood means to me but the one thing I can share is that it is incredibly important; it is a vital life force. I still work on my own fears - fears of not being loved, abandoned by loved ones, causing ripples in friendships because I choose to walk my path. I eagerly desire to make everyone happy and would first back down and make myself small before offending a dear friend. I acknowledge this and continue to work through these stories based on past wounds and do so within a community of sisters. I am so grateful to move through my own shit and know that my sisters will not walk away. They will hold me, see me, understand me, and continue to love me.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
In honor of sisterhood, I am sharing some important sisters that are in my life with you.
First meet Sabine Rueland. She is a warm and loving sister who I met in Athens. She lives in Austria and continues to serve her community as a healer and yoga teacher. She is currently a student in The Magic of Circle. I am excited to share with you a Full Moon Ritual she created for The Magic of Circle.
Next meet Jeannine Yoder. Jeannine and I have only known each other for a couple of years but it feels like she has been a part of my being for several lifetimes. Jeannine and I were in a mastermind together and she has shown me that I can be loved unconditionally. She has created a gorgeous holiday challenge and I am honored to share it with you.
It is a delight to introduce you to Becca. Becca and I fell in love within a matter of five minutes at a retreat. We spoke about sisterhood, our desires, our commitment on Earth all while having lunch. In one hour I believe we not only learned an incredible amount about each other but we also planned a sisterhood gathering. Three months later I was flying out to San Francisco to hold space for over 30 women with Becca. She is a soul sister.
Enjoy the Full Moon ritual and please allow it to remind you of friendship, sisterhood, community and love.

two small bowls
essential oils: Frankincense, Release and Cedarwood
November Full Moon Ritual
Clear your space with sage or palo santo.
Light a Candle
Set the intention that you are creating sacred space.
Your crystals and water that will be blessed by the Full Moon’s energy.
Say, “Please consecrate this water and bless it by the power of the Moon Goddess.”
Ground yourself with deep inhalations and exhalations.
Dear Universe, God, Spirit Helpers, Angels
I call upon you for your assistance.
I ask that you guide me, protect me
and support me during this Full Moon ritual.
Please help me to stay centered,
so that I can clearly see, hear, feel and
know what needs to be released from my life.
I know that I am a powerful co-creator,
and I wish to use my divine magic for the highest
good of all involved.
Clear Your Energy
Place one drop of Cedarwood oil in your left hand.
Rub hands together in a circle and hold your hands to your nose - inhaling deeply a few times.
Imagine standing under a silver waterfall and allow all the negative and non=serving energies to be washed away.
Focus on your breath or the rhythm of your heart. Feel free to hold your favorite crystal during this meditation. Allow your thoughts to enter, honor them, then release them as you return your attention to your breath. This process allows you to sink into your heart, tune into your intuition and open you up to divine guidance. Take your time until any messages come to you.
Light a candle.
Fill one small bowl with water and add a few drops of essential oil with the intention to release. Place the bowl in front of you alongside an empty bowl.
Take a few deep breaths and center yourself.
Write on a piece of paper everything you desire to release from your life.
What do you want to let go of?
What no longer serves you?
What are you ready to heal?
Place 1 drop of your desired essential oil that represents RELEASE in your left hand.
Rub both hands together in a circle and hold your hands to the Full Moon.
I release myself from all that no longer serves me. I trust that Mother Earth and Father Sky will take this heavy vibration and transmute it to a song of love, joy and life. Amen. Aho. So it is.
Place one corner of the piece of paper over the candle allowing the flame to light your page. Throw the page into the empty bowl and watch the flames consume they emotion, thoughts and experiences you are releasing.
Place your hands in the bowl with water. The intention is you are cleansing yourself from the old and being open to the new. Remove your hands from the water and take a deep breath, sitting in silence for a moment and watch your candle burn.
Feel deep gratitude for the release.
Let go of expectation and blow out your candle.
If you enjoyed this ritual please share it with your sisters. I would also love to hear from you so please leave a comment below sharing your experience of your Full Moon ritual.
You may be a coach or may be interested in becoming one. Jeannine is sharing a very important technique she discovered was key when it came to getting clients, filling her practice and making six-figures within the first 14 months of becoming a coach. She is really excited to be sharing her soulful process.

Meet my dear sister Becca, the woman behind The Dabblist – her manifesto to declare freedom from the taboo around the term “dabbler” – and instead to infuse it with a sense of alchemy & wonder. She knows that when we bring an inquisitive heart to the process of creating with our own two hands and share stories & creations with each other, we remember the ancient wisdom within. We can tap into what our great great great grandmothers once knew – that given the freedom to dabble, we can be the creators of our own joy. I love her very very much.
