Dear Wild & Free Soul Sisters, Are you waking up in the middle of the night stressed because your to-do list is massive?
It started a month before my launch. I was waking up in the middle of the night one, two, three times in full panic. My mind was telling me I had so much to get done and not enough time in the day to get it all accomplished. During the day I would stare at my computer screen wondering what I should do first. It overwhelmed me so much that I would freeze up and get nothing done. Facebook, books, staring out the window, movies, all sounded like a much better use of my time. And so the cycle would continue.

So to recap - when you are feeling overwhelmed list everything you feel you must get done. Then turn up some music and shake. After the energy leaves your body, sit down and focus on three tasks and break them up into smaller, more manageable action steps.
