I don't know about you, but the month of April has felt like I have been riding a very frantic pendulum; like literally holding on for dear life as it swings back and forth, back and forth.
What I mean by the “swing” is this feeling of hitting some really amazing high, and then all of a sudden, moving into this place of real deep density around something, unfolding what that is, then entering back into another high, and finally moving back into this middle place with extra meaning.
It’s the middle space - between the highs, that I call the void.
It’s the mucky, dense “low point” where you’re unsure of what to do, where to go, and how long it will take to get to the other side.
What happens in this place, as we straddle that in-between, is we start reacting.
Emotions run high, and we feel triggered, bothered, and not understanding fully where it's coming from.
Or it could be that we feel that we are void of all emotions. That we feel numb.
In actuality, that might actually be a false sense. Because you think you're in a void and there's nothing there, and yet there is so much there. So it's a distorted sense of what void feels like and looks like.
But what if there was an actual void? What would that look like, and what would that mean?
What if the pendulum didn't just swing in that direction, but it swung in this direction?
What happens then is the void becomes a place of the sacred.
A place of expanding because there's unlimited possibilities.
It is the dark hole where creation is about to happen, and you are waiting.
It is the moment before the chaos of stars bursting into life happens.
And yet, we fight against allowing it to occur for fear of what it would do and where it would take us.
We move into the void with a sense of depletion and overwhelming fear instead of surrendering into the vortex where all can be possible.
The invitation for you this week is to drop in the void, knowing that you are expanding.
Allow yourself time to really rest and be, and then in that moment of void, you'll have sparks.
Allow the sparks to occur.
Allow yourself the ebb and flow, even in the place of discomfort, because you never know what greatness could occur during that point in time.
Ride the wave, enter the portal of the void. Activate it by saying yes, and being in it.
Once you're in it, don't worry. You can always come out of it by rooting into Mother Earth and this Earthly realm. You are roots of the Earth.
Allow the pendulum to swing, up and around, down and out, and just remember there's one focal point, always. And if you place that focal point wherever it is that you desire, you will always be helped.
You will always, always be helped.
No matter how much it feels like you're spinning, you'll be helped in all sorts of ways.
And so with that being said, here is my prayer for you.
May you feel into the void
with a lot of sacredness,
knowing that you,
as a priestess,
are here carving your own path.
May the sparks fly,
and may the cosmic stars
begin to burst open
as you expand into the next place.
I see you.
I love you.
I believe in you.
I love you.
You are worthy of beauty, abundance, and grace.
