SoraTV Episode 10: Beauty of Intentions

The Beauty of Intentions

I just returned from a month of traveling which included a family vacation celebrating the 40th wedding anniversary of my partner’s parents.

As I unpack my bags, settle into a daily routine, and ground into my life at home, I come to realize how tired I am. My awareness system, which are made up of all my feelers and sensory thread, was turned on high in order for me to engage with all the people I came across on my travels. Now that I have returned to a quiet home, I can feel all my senses desiring to go within.

These moments of folding in do not need to fully impact your business.

You can honor your desire to be still and inward in order to recuperate, while also creating a mindful course of action to fulfill your purpose and watch your business thrive.

This is the beauty of INTENTIONS.

When I am in this place of desiring to curl up and sleep, while also knowing that there is so much I desire to cultivate within my business, I focus on the day’s priorities, remember my vision and tap into the feeling of devotion. I aim to work a certain amount of hours and then witness myself move through one task at a time.

My intention is to carve out time for sister connection.

This summer, for the month of July and August, my team has cleared my schedule so I can commune with YOU. I desire to be the keeper of your dreams and the visionary who supports your soul’s wishes. Scroll below to learn more.

Creating Intentions

Ask the question: How may I be of greatest service?
Root in, clear your mind, and connect with your intuition. Allow her to guide you into a deeper understanding of what you should be doing today rather than directly heading into your workday and being consumed with busy work.

Other questions to feel into are:
How do I intend to show up?
What do I intend to do and why?
Do my intentions fulfill my highest vision?

Look at your calendar
Once you received guidance from your intuition, notice your work schedule. On your calendar, add in your play times, coffee dates, yoga classes, meditation hour, and other appointments so you know how much time you have for your business.

Create an intention
You are the makeup of your dreams and the life that is breathed into a dream are your intentions. They are the spark that allows all to come forth. The creation of words that connect with your desired emotions and experiences become your will and it is your will that allows you to take the steps necessary to complete your tasks for the day.
