Lessons on Collaboration
Today’s Sora TV offers a peek into what collaboration in sisterhood looks like as I share my experience of a recent live event in Los Angeles with my mastermind co-leader, Tiffany Scott.
But first, here’s what you should know about me.
I love leading my own experiences and holding my own space in sister circles. I am also quite fiery and grounded in my ways which means I can be hard-headed at times.
I know that when I am deeply present in a situation, I can share very openly and to the point, which sometimes feels like I am cutting right through you; it doesn’t always feel soft or held.
But what I learned about myself this past weekend through co-leading an experience and surrendering to the unknown is what authentic collaboration looks like when in sisterhood.
It’s about being able to hold up your sister’s magic and allowing her to shine without letting ego get in the way.
It’s about having the same values, mission, and beliefs, but bringing your own physical energy and emotional presence to the event that provides for more value and more touchpoints for women to feel into.
So many lessons, including a rediscovered part of me that I’ve been hiding from you, and myself.
