Jazzy is a professional stunt performer for film and TV and the founder of Self-Care Soulja. A survivor of domestic abuse and sexual assault, she incorporates self-care into her routine and makes it her mission to face at least one fear daily. Jazzy's dream is for all women to be able to protect themselves from those who attempt to harm them, and to have the confidence to do so. This summer at Warrior Priestess Camp, Jazzy will share teachings of kamae, a Japanese term used in martial arts that loosely means psychologically attuned body-posture. We will practice using our mind, voice, and body to establish boundaries--good kamae.
